Moving faster and moving together, our Intelligent Automation Portfolio takes a collaborative approach to embedding automation. Our key initiatives to support this are:

• Conducting collaborative procurements in conjunction with Scotland Excel to reduce cost and complexity - providing efficiencies in scale that all councils can benefit from.
• Creating a central repository where business cases, processes and service design approaches are shared.
• Co-creating national guidance on ethical use of intelligent automation with Scottish local authorities.
• Co-creating national guidance with Scottish local authorities on data governance, security and data sharing when embedding automation.
