Customer Digital Interaction

Following on from initial work that was carried out in the Discovery phase around Licence & Grants, Many councils at our Partnership Forum in April requested that we expanded the scope and work together to compile a top twenty list of common interactions we have with citizens via Digital Methods.


From this list we would then collaborate and look at how we can build common process, data sets and solutions in this area to help with better data sharing, interoperability with “digital place” and ultimately speed up execution of said solutions.
